Die Windmotor Ilpendam ist ein Poldermühle am Achter Kanaalweg in der Nähe des nordholländischen Ortes Ilpendam, in der Gemeinde Landsmeer. Die Mühle ist ein amerikanischer Windmotor der Firma Bakker aus IJlst und war mit einer Schaufelpumpe ausgestattet, die mittlerweile entfernt wurde.
Die Windmotor wurde 2002 außer Betrieb genommen. Die Entwässerung wurde von einer elektrisch betriebenen Pumpe übernommen.
