Kleine Sluis ist ein Wohnort in der Gemeinde Hollands Kroon in der niederländischen Provinz Nordholland.
Kleine Sluis liegt direkt neben Anna Paulowna, die Orte gehen eigentlich ineinander über, aus diesem Grund wird der Ort nicht als eigenes Dorf betrachtet. Zusammen haben Kleine Sluis und Anna Paulowna etwa 7300 Einwohner. Ursprünglich ist es der östliche und nördliche Teil von Anna Paulowna. So liegt das Rathaus eigentlich in Kleine Sluis. Mit Kleine Sluis ist heutzutage vor allem der nördliche Teil gemeint, rund um die Molenvaart.
