Das Fischereimuseum ist ein Museum im zum niederländischen Gemeindeteil Sluis gehörenden Dorf Breskens, gelegen an der Kaai 1-103.
Das Museum befindet sich im Obergeschoss der örtlichen Fischauktion. Es gibt einen Kinosaal, in dem Filme über das Leben der Fischer gezeigt werden. Es gibt einen Tijs Verschoor Saal mit ausgestopften Vögeln und anderen Naturalia. Im Schelde-Saal werden Aspekte der Westerschelde gezeigt, wie ein Modell, Modelle der früheren Fähren und Gegenstände, die mit der Schifffahrt zu tun haben. Im Hauptsaal wird die Fischereigeschichte von Breskens beleuchtet, und es sind zahlreiche Schiffsmodelle ausgestellt. Im Museum sind auch viele Gegenstände zu finden, die als "Beifang" von den Fischern gefangen wurden, wie Mammutstoßzähne und dergleichen.
