Dies ist eines der Eingangstore mit Parkplätzen zum Naturschutzgebiet Waterdunen.

Zweimal am Tag strömt das Meerwasser durch einen Gezeitendurchlass ein und aus.

Mehrere Inseln sind durch Brücken verbunden . Sie können die Tiere in den Vogelverstecken beobachten. Auf den Vogelbrutinseln können Küstenvögel ungestört brüten.

Waterdunen vereint Natur, Kultur und Wirtschaft.
