Der Aljezur-Fluss ist ein kleiner Fluss in der portugiesischen Region Algarve. Der Fluss fließt 9,8 Kilometer nach Westen von seinem Ursprung im Dorf Aljezur, an der Mündung des Flusses Alfambres und des Flusses Cerca, bis zur Mündung an der westlichen Algarve-Küste des Atlantiks bei Praia da Amoreira.
Von seiner Mündung aus schlängelt sich der Fluss durch eine Schlucht um den Fuß eines Hügels, auf dem die Ruinen der maurischen Burg von Aljezur stehen. Die Mauren errichteten einen Hafen am Fuß der Burg und machten den Fluss bis hin zum Ozean bei Amoreira schiffbar. Der Fluss und der Hafen blieben bis ins 18. Jahrhundert schiffbar, danach fiel der Kanal nach der Zerstörung des Dorfes durch das Erdbeben von 1755 in einen Zustand des Verfalls.
