Il fiume Aljezur è un piccolo fiume nella regione portoghese dell'Algarve. Il fiume scorre verso ovest per 9,8 chilometri partendo dal suo inizio nel villaggio di Aljezur dalla confluenza del fiume Alfambres e del fiume Cerca fino alla sua foce sulla costa occidentale dell'Algarve atlantica, a Praia da Amoreira.
Dalla sua confluenza, il fiume si snoda attraverso un canyon intorno alla base di una collina su cui si trovano le rovine del castello moresco di Aljezur. I Mori costruirono un porto alla base del castello e resero il fiume navigabile fino all'oceano ad Amoreira. Il fiume e il porto rimasero navigabili fino al XVIII secolo, dopo di che il canale cadde in uno stato di abbandono a seguito della distruzione del villaggio causata dal terremoto del 1755.
