Wat Dusit ist ein verlassenes Kloster, das einst vom Khlong Dusit aus zugänglich war. Es sind die Überreste eines Predigthalles und einige Chedis noch vor Ort vorhanden. Der ehemalige Tempel ist größtenteils unentdeckt geblieben, und es gibt eine Fülle von roten Ziegeln, die überall verstreut sind. Besetzer haben auf dem ehemals geweihten Grund Hütten gebaut. Am Standort wurde ein modernes Heiligtum errichtet, um Wat Dusit zu gedenken.
