Wat Dusit è un monastero abbandonato che una volta era accessibile da Khlong Dusit. Ci sono i resti di una sala per sermoni e alcuni chedi ancora presenti. L'ex tempio rimane per lo più inesplorato, e ci sono abbondanti mattoni rossi sparsi attorno. I senza tetto hanno costruito baracche sopra il terreno precedentemente consacrato. Un santuario moderno è stato costruito sul sito per commemorare Wat Dusit.
