Wat Dusit es un monasterio desierto que una vez fue accesible desde Khlong Dusit. Quedan los restos de un salón de sermones y algunos chedi aún en el lugar. El antiguo templo permanece en su mayoría no excavado, y hay una abundancia de ladrillos rojos esparcidos por ahí. Los ocupantes ilegales han construido chozas sobre el suelo anteriormente consagrado. Se ha construido un santuario moderno en el lugar para conmemorar Wat Dusit.
