Wat Thung Setthi wurde in der Sukhothai-Zeit erbaut. Die Ruine befindet sich in der Nähe des Ramnarong-Tors außerhalb der Stadtmauer von Si Satchanalai und ist nach Nordosten ausgerichtet. Der Tempel ist rechteckig angelegt, von vier Seiten von einer Mauer aus vertikalen Lateritblöcken umschlossen, mit einem Eingangstor in der Mitte jeder Seite. Die verbleibenden Strukturen auf dem Tempelgelände bestehen aus: einem Vihara mit sechs Räumen und einer Veranda, die mit einem zweistufigen Podest für das Haupt-Buddha-Bild ausgestattet ist; der Hauptstupa in runder Form im Sukhothai-Stil hinter dem Vihara; und Überreste von vier kleineren Stupas, deren Stile nicht identifizierbar sind.
