Phokaiä oder Phokaia war eine antike ionische griechische Stadt an der Westküste Anatoliens. Griechische Kolonisten aus Phokaiä gründeten die Kolonie Massalia im Jahr 600 v. Chr., Emporion im Jahr 575 v. Chr. und Elea im Jahr 540 v. Chr.
Phokaiä war die nördlichste der ionischen Städte, an der Grenze zur Aiolis. Sie lag in der Nähe der Mündung des Flusses Hermus und befand sich an der Küste der Halbinsel, die den Golf von Kyme im Norden, benannt nach der größten der aiolischen Städte, und den Golf von Smyrna im Süden trennt.
