1 Wall Street ist ein Art Déco-Wolkenkratzer in Lower Manhattan, New York City. Er ersetzte das vorherige Manhattan Life Building.
Das Gebäude wurde von dem Architekten Ralp Walker entworfen und der Bau verlief von 1929 bis 1931. Mit 50 Stockwerken und einer Höhe von 199 Metern gehörte es zum Zeitpunkt seiner Erbauung zu den höchsten Gebäuden der Stadt. In den Jahren 1963 bis 1965 wurde der Bau am südlichen Ende um 35 Stockwerke erhöht, vorher befand sich dort noch der Körper des Manhattan Life Building, jedoch ohne Kuppel.
