Die Foundation besitzt eine Tochterfirma, die Mozilla Corporation, die einige Entwickler angestellt hat und die Versionen der Projekte Firefox und Thunderbird koordiniert. Sie hat ihren Sitz in Mountain View im Silicon Valley in Kalifornien.
