Das Sohmer Piano Building ist ein 13-stöckiges Hochhaus im Stadtteil Manhattan in New York City. Es befindet sich 170 Fifth Avenue, an der Ecke der 22nd Street, im Ladies' Mile Historic District. Das bekannte Flatiron Building befindet sich in direkter Umgebung am Broadway.
Das Gebäude mit der vergoldeten Kuppel wurde im Jahre 1897 nach einem Entwurf von Robert Maynicke im Stile der Beaux-Arts-Architektur gebaut. Seinen Namen hat es von der Firma, die das Gebäude als einer der ersten Mieter nutzte, der Pianomanufaktur Sohmer & Co.
