Die University of Central Florida ist eine staatliche Universität in Orlando im US-Bundesstaat Florida. Mit 69.525 Studierenden ist sie die größte Hochschule in Florida und die zweitgrößte Universität der USA. 59.483 Studierende stehen vor dem 1. Abschluss , 9.553 studieren danach . 31.188 Studierende sind männlich und 38.331 weiblich.
1963 wurde die Florida Technological University gegründet und nahm im Oktober 1968 mit 1.948 Studenten den Betrieb auf. 1978 erhielt sie ihren heutigen Namen.
