Die Stadt Everett ist der Verwaltungssitz des Snohomish County im US-amerikanischen Bundesstaat Washington. Everett hat nach der Volkszählung des United States Census Bureau 103.019 Einwohner auf einer Fläche von 123,4 km². Die Stadt wurde 1891 auf Initiative des Holzhändlers Henry Hewitt gegründet und hatte im Jahr darauf bereits über 5000 Einwohner. Der anfängliche Boom wurde angefacht durch die Entdeckung anscheinend gewaltiger Vorkommen von Gold und Silber in Monte Cristo in den benachbarten Bergen und durch Gerüchte, wonach John D. Rockefeller, der reichste Mann der Staaten, an beiden Orten in großem Stil investieren würde.
1994 wurde auf dem Gebiet der Stadt die Naval Station Everett, eine Basis der United States Navy, eröffnet.
