SanDisk Corporation ist ein multinationales Unternehmen mit Sitz in Milpitas, Kalifornien, bis zum 30. Mai 2006 hatte es seinen Sitz in Sunnyvale, Kalifornien. Es beschäftigt sich hauptsächlich mit Entwicklung und Herstellung von Flash-Speicherkarten. Seit 2009 ist das Unternehmen weitgehend fabless ausgerichtet.
Das Unternehmen wurde 1988 von Eli Harari, Jack Yuan und Sanjay Mehrotra unter dem Namen SunDisk gegründet und war ab November 1995 unter dem neuen Namen SanDisk im NASDAQ gelistet.
Nach eigenen Angaben ist das Unternehmen der weltgrößte Anbieter von Flash-Speichern, der Umsatz des Unternehmens betrug 2006 etwa 3,3 Mrd. und 2007 rund 3,9 Mrd. US-Dollar. SanDisk beschäftigt mehr als 3000 Mitarbeiter weltweit, der Patentpool umfasst über 860 US-amerikanische Patente und 550 in anderen Ländern.
