Nicholasville ist die vierzehntgrößte Stadt des US-Bundesstaates Kentucky und County Seat des Jessamine County.
Die Stadt, die nach George Nicholas, einem Generalstaatsanwalt benannt wurde, hatte bei der Volkszählung von 2000 19.680 Einwohner. 2004 ging man von einer Schätzung von 22.878 Einwohnern aus. Die Stadt selbst erstreckt sich über eine Fläche von 22 km2.
