Das Project for the New American Century , zu deutsch: Projekt für das neue amerikanische Jahrhundert, war eine neokonservative amerikanische Denkfabrik mit Sitz in Washington, D.C. Es befand sich im selben Gebäude wie das American Enterprise Institute.
Es wurde im Frühjahr 1997 als nicht-kommerzielle Ausbildungsorganisation mit dem Ziel gegründet, für weltweite Führerschaft der Vereinigten Staaten zu werben. Das PNAC wurde im Jahr 2006 aufgelöst. Die 2009 gegründete Foreign Policy Initiative ist als Nachfolgeorganisation des PNAC zu sehen.
