U 1308 war ein deutsches Unterseeboot des Typs VII C/41 der ehemaligen Kriegsmarine im Zweiten Weltkrieg. Es war das letzte indienstgestellte U-Boot der Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft .
Das Boot wurde am 1. August 1942 bei der Flensburger SBG in Auftrag gegeben. Die Kiellegung mit der Baunummer 501 erfolgte am 16. Februar 1944 und der Stapellauf fand am 22. November statt. Oberleutnant zur See Heinrich Besold, Crew 1939, stellte das Boot am 17. Januar 1945 in Dienst. Anschließend wurde das Boot, wie auch seine Schwestern U 1301 bis U 1307 der 4. Unterseebootsflottille in Stettin zur Ausbildung zugeteilt, doch die Ausbildung konnte bis zum Ausführen der Selbstversenkung nach Maßgabe des Regenbogen-Befehls nicht absolviert werden. Als Bootszeichen führte U 1308 am Turm lediglich das Wappen von Besolds Crew X/39: Einen Goldenen Anker und ein Schwert vor einem grünen Eichenblatt.
