This ride gives cyclists the opportunity to get their knobblies dirty in the middle of Australia's biggest city. An easy ride it descends down to and follows the lovely Lane Cove River before taking advantage of a number of other fire trails within the park. Lane Cove National Park provides a perfect mid week escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. This ride is suitable for beginners through to advanced riders, is readily accessible by public transport and would make a good introduction to the sport or provide a mid week MTB fix.
