This ride takes you on a circuit around the island. It is good for the exercise through rolling farmland and also passes several of the islands attractions if you want to be a cycle tourist. With a height difference of about 60 metres between the lowest and highest points there are no challenging hills to ascend and the roads are generally smooth and wide. The start and finish is in Cowes where you will find necessary services including accommodation and a bike shop which hires bicycles.
