The Sint-Agatha Church is a Romanesque building in the Belgian municipality of Landskouter. The church is dedicated to Saint Agatha.
The church was first mentioned in 1155 when the bishop of Cambrai transferred the patronage to the Saint Bavo's Abbey in Ghent. Blasius was its first patron saint, later dedicated to Saint Agatha as a pilgrimage saint who was invoked for breast ailments. A legend recounts that a French prince called upon Agatha and, in gratitude for his healing, replaced the chapel with a church.
