In the Taverne Brouwershuis you can enjoy a Limburgse Witte made by the neighboring brewery Sint-Jozef. The Sint-Jozef family brewery is more than a hundred years old and, despite the application of modern techniques, remained an artisanal brewery. Two beers that originated before the Second World War are still on the market today: Pax Pils and Ops-Ale. The other beers are more recent. Bosbier and Kriekenbier are fruit beers based on pilsner, while Bokkereyer is a low-fermentation tasting beer. Even more recent are the Saint Gummarus Double and Tripel. In 1993, the Limburgse Witte was launched together with another Limburg family brewery (Martens from Bocholt).
