In Zoutleeuw, the Kleine Gete has been flowing for a long time, a river from which Zoutleeuw earned its money thanks to its navigability. Entering the village through the Market Square, you will see the beautiful St. Leonard's Church from 1231 with a very old and valuable interior. Around the lovely Market Square, you will also find the very striking town hall and the adjacent cloth hall from the 14th century.
