The church and the monastery of the Redemptorist fathers, who settled in Roeselare in 1868. The current church was consecrated in 1874 by the Bishop of Bruges, Faict. The church features a number of styles. The murals inside from 1956 are by Arno Brys and were revolutionary for their time. The retreat house with neo-Gothic chapel next to the monastery dates from 1911-1912.
