At Poolspad 23-25 there is still a typical construction from 1928 "The Green Cliff". This villa has been beautifully renovated. Also, pay attention to the heavy chimneys that protrude from the roof. The accentuation of the chimney, something that occurs frequently in Het Zoute, is of course meant to refer to the fireplace as the symbolic center of a happy and "warm" family life, where one finds the well-deserved peace after a long stay in the city. On the side of this villa, there is still a road along which a few typical cottages in cottage style are located.
