Grain and flour water mill known as "Bre(e)mbosmolen". The only preserved mill of the former ten water mills in Ronse. Located in a wooded and hilly area by the Molenbeek, a retention pond of about 4 are (see number 11), connecting to the upper reaches, an artificial diversion of the actual Molenbeek, with separate locks. The mill was already mentioned in the tax registers of 1577. Presumably also a bark mill for oak bark for the benefit of tanners until the 19th century. The milling operation has been out of use since 1962.
