The Maagdenhuis Museum -- In the mid-16th century, this building was taken into use as an orphanage for girls. Later, the buildings of the Vrouwkenshuis were added to the Maagdenhuis. This was possible because the entire estate of Gilbert van Schoonbeke was fully allocated to the Maagdenhuis in 1633 through the generosity of his heirs. It still has a social function, as the office of the Public Centers for Social Welfare (OCMW) is located there, and on the ground floor, there is the museum. In 2019, a special exhibition about Gilbert van Schoonbeke will be held here.
