exhibition: The Eeklo Herbakker
Eeklo has a name and reputation as the Herbakkers town. The legend states that those who are not satisfied with their appearance can have their head re-baked in Eeklo. During the baking process, things sometimes go wrong: then you become a bad bake, half-cooked, or hot-headed. This exhibition shows you the legend and its origins. Are truth and fiction closely related? And does that Herbakker (still) really exist?
Family-friendly: Young and old can experience this unique legend. Furthermore, the museum is located near the Provincial Domain Het Leen.
