Since 1922, the small city garden, De Tuinbouw, has been established according to the plans of Jean-Jules Eggericx. It is located in an undeveloped part of the residential community of Evere. The double-plastered houses are built away from the road network and surrounded by a garden. The Tuinbouw houses are included in a recent housing estate and hidden behind trees and bushes. A true and remarkable urban planning gem in Brussels.
