Kapelle-op-den-Bos is a railway station in the Dutch municipality of Kapelle-op-den-Bos. It is now a stopping point. A little further towards Mechelen, the railway line crosses the Jan Bogaerts Bridge over the Sea Canal Brussel-Schelde.In in the first half of 2012, work was carried out on the station area. A separate tunnel was built for pedestrians and cyclists. The platforms and access stairs were also renewed, and extra bicycle parking facilities were installed. Although the platforms have been renovated and are at standard height, they are only accessible by stairs. As a result, the station is currently not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
