Between cycle junctions 26 and 27 along Hoogstraat at the corner with Koekelberg stands the Ter Rijst mill. This beautiful white stone ground-sailer with an onion dome dates back to 1774. On the dome sits a peculiar weather vane. It depicts a mule, which carries a wonderful story with it. The millers would be happy to tell you more about it.
