This Art Deco villa was built in 1928 by Adrien Blomme. The villa consists of a square and symmetrically constructed volume of two stories. The garden is also the work of architect Blomme and is regarded as a whole together with the villa. The entirety of the villa, the entrance gates, the caretaker's house, and the garden are protected as a monument according to a decree of March 10, 1994.
