In the early 20th century, there were five cinemas in Sint-Jans-Molenbeek within a radius of one hundred meters, accommodating five thousand people. The original façade of Cinema Forum from 1921 has been preserved. The cinema was built in 1921 by architect E. Poupko. The maximum number of available seats was 1,425 in 1967. The interior had nearly the charm of a neighborhood theater, including some boxes. Columns lined the ground floor. The cinema "Forum" closed its doors permanently in 1975 and is now occupied by a clothing store. The granite staircase leading to the balcony still exists. The impressive façade refers to the architecture of the interwar period and aligns with the architectural style that was once prevalent for movie theaters. This is evident, for example, from the horizontal emphasis, the expansive size of the façade, and the presence of the balcony, which gives the whole a certain severity. The building was protected in 1997.
