Chapel of Our Lady of Help of Christians

Chapel of Our Lady of the Holy Cross, located at the corner of Veldstraat and Dries, already recorded in the atlas of local roads from 1844 and then completely freestanding. Brick chapel with renewed facing and plinth of broken stone, under a tiled gable roof with an iron cross on top. Front gable with shoulder pieces and now a mitre-arch door frame. Wooden door with pointed arch windows and transom with wooden mullions. Above it, a heart with the inscription: "O.L.V. comfort in need".
Interior with white-painted wooden vault, altar with round-arched niche in wooden frame with polychrome plaster Pietà statue flanked by angels; four vases with artificial flowers under a bell jar.
