Protected monument since 1980. This cross barn with a wagon shed is the only remaining witness of the former, centuries-old farm 't Goet in Wynkele, located on a bend of the Heulebeek. The farm was owned by the Guldenberg Abbey from Wevelgem and was given in lease. In the 18th century, agriculture in our regions underwent a significant improvement resulting in larger grain harvests. Therefore, in 1732 (see yearstone on the northern facade), an old barn was replaced by this new brick storage barn. Inside, the oak roof structure is worth seeing. A notable oak wagon shed was built against the northern facade of the barn. The barn was purchased by the municipal council in 1969, restored, and officially put into use for socio-cultural activities in 1996.
