Monument in Memory of the 3 Ardennes Hunters who died on May 10, 1940.
Rochelinval, a peaceful little village in the Belgian Ardennes made up of about fifteen houses, clinging to the hillside on the west bank of the Salm. On this May 10, 1940, things were about to change as some stubborn Ardennes Hunters had decided to slow down the German advance to the west. Corporal Royer and soldiers Baleine and Streel paid for this courageous choice with their lives.
