Vinkt is a village in the Belgian province of East Flanders and a part of the municipality of Deinze. The village is located near the border with West Flanders, at the intersection of the Aalter-Deinze road and the road from Aarsele to Nevele. Vinkt was first mentioned between 1123 and 1146 as Uincte. It was a lordship that depended on the Land of Nevele. The Abbey of Marquette also had possessions here.
