Grazen is a village and sub-municipality of Geetbets. Until 1971, Grazen was an independent municipality, after which it was incorporated into Rummen. In 1977, Rummen also lost its independence, making both villages sub-municipalities of Geetbets. The "Grazenwinning" is a typical witness of the old Grazen: a square farm, partially preserved in its original state. Furthermore, Grazen has a church that is more than 100 years old. Grazen has retained its rural character, as it is situated far from a larger center (Diest, Tienen, Sint-Truiden), and also major connecting roads bypass the village.
