This is one of the beautiful Ardennes place names: Villers-het-goede-water, and it is also a picturesque, cozy little Ardennes village in the east of the province of Luxembourg, near the border with the Grand Duchy, about 10 km southeast of Bastogne. There isn't much to see: a decent parish church (1893) with a white façade and a slate tower spire, and a few farms. But the landscape around it is so stunning that it seems almost unreal.
