Lens-Saint-Remy is a village in the municipality of Hannut, in the Belgian province of Liège. It was an independent municipality until it was merged into the municipality of Hannut in 1971.
Lens-Saint-Remy is located in the southeast of the municipality of Hannut. The centre of the village is located north of the N64, the road to Huy that runs through the territory of the borough. Lens-Saint-Remy is an agricultural village in Droog-Haspengouw that is gradually developing into a residential village. Arable farming is the main activity.
