Blehen is a village in the Belgian province of Liège and a borough of the city of Hannut. It was an independent municipality until it was merged into the municipality of Hannut in 1971.
Blehen is located southeast of the city centre of Hannut. The village centre of Blehen is close to that of the larger Lens-Saint-Remy. Blehen is an agricultural village in Droog-Haspengouw. There is mainly cereal cultivation, sugar beet cultivation and fruit cultivation.
