Aische-en-Refail [ɛʃɑ̃ʁəfaj] is a section of the Belgian municipality of Éghezée located in the Walloon Region in the province of Namur. Ascur or Asca — that is, Aische-en-Refail along with five other localities in the pagus of Hesbaye — is one of the 43 localities mentioned in the polyptych or inventory of the abbey of Lobbes in 868-869 — ordered by the Carolingian king Lothair II — to recover the assets scattered by an intruder.
