Crehen is a village in the Belgian province of Liège and a district of the city of Hannuit. It was an independent municipality until it was added to the municipality of Hannuit during the merger in 1971. Crehen is located immediately southwest of the town center of Hannuit on the road to Éghezée. The village center connects to the town center in the north through ribbon development and in the west to the village center of Thisnes. The N80, the road from Hannuit to Namur, forms the eastern boundary of the district. Crehen is an agricultural village in Dry Haspengouw that is gradually developing into a residential village. There is still a lot of arable farming and livestock farming.
