The Hoosmolen is a polder mill or a drainage mill on the edge of the nature reserve Bourgoyen-Ossemeersen in Drongen, a district of the Belgian city of Ghent.
The mill has already been found in notarial deeds dating back to 1316, making it the oldest known of its kind. Most likely, there was already a mill in the 12th century that managed the drainage of Bourgoyen-Ossemeersen, where the excess water was discharged via the Grijtgracht into the higher-lying Leie.
