The Sint-Antonius of Padua church is a monastery church in the East Flemish city of Lokeren, located on Luikstraat in the city center. Next to the church lies the Patershof. The Franciscans settled here in 1848, initially in a manor house. The monastery church was built from 1850 to 1852 according to the design of Joseph Stevens. In 1886, the façade was completely rebuilt in a Neo-Gothic style, designed by Jules De Somme and Emile Van Hoecke-Peeters. In 1870, new monastery buildings were constructed behind the church. These buildings were demolished after the departure of the priests.
