The blonde three-grain beer has been brewed since 1996 by Brouwerij Bosteels at Kerkstraat 96 in Buggenhout. It is said to be inspired by a recipe for a three-grain beer from the 17th century, originating from the Carmelite fathers in Dendermonde.
