In the Cycling Museum, housed in the impressive former fire station of Roeselare, you can embark on an intriguing journey through the history of the bicycle and cycling.
Thanks to a unique collection of 'vélocipèdes', the Cycling Museum maps out the entire history of the bicycle. Not only is the technical aspect illustrated, but also the social, recreational, and sporting narratives. With its permanent collection on the history of the bicycle and racing, an old forge, the Jean-Pierre Monseré room, book presentations, discussion evenings, signing sessions, and ever-changing thematic exhibitions, the Cycling Museum is the ultimate meeting point for cycling and bike enthusiasts.
