The Société anonyme des Charbonnages de Gosson-Kessales is a former coal mining company that operated in the Liège coal basin.
In the west, the company was active in the territories of Flémalle, Hollogne-aux-Pierres, and Grâce-Berleur; in the east as Charbonnages des Gosson, La Haye et Horloz combined in the territories of Liège, Saint-Nicolas, Montegnée, and Tilleur.
